| January 2011 | Eagle Scout Project Helps Those in Need Park Ridge Life Scout Kyle Dutcher organized a food collections drive for the benefit of Pascack Valley Meals on Wheels and other local charities. | December 2010 | The “Fastest Meals on Wheels” Raise Hunger Awareness To help raise awareness of the senior hunger issue in Bergen County, Gotham Dream Cars participated in volunteer deliveries with the Pascack Valley Meals on Wheels on December 20. Meals were delivered in a Lamborghini Gallardo, a Dodge Viper, a Maserati Quattroporte, and a Range Rover. Read more… |
| September 2010 | PVMoW Awarded $5,000 Grant to Feed Hungry Seniors Pascack Valley Meals on Wheels has been awarded a $5,000 grant from the Meals On Wheels Association of America (MOWAA) and the Bank of America Charitable Foundation. The money will allow Pascack Valley Meals on Wheels to restore approximately 700 meals, which were threatened to be cut because of the current economic climate. Read more… |
